CoreLogic approached We Discover to help them lead the research and design phase to inform the rebuild of their flagship product ‘RP Data Professional’. This is their leading online property data tool, used by almost all real estate agents and property professionals throughout Australia.
We used a multi-faceted approach to conduct research with real estate agents, including:
- One-on-one interviews
- Surveys
- Heat map analysis of the current site
- Customer usage analytics
- “Jobs To Be Done” a framework used to uncover areas of opportunities.
This corroborative approach identified and prioritised the core workflow features for design and development. This included insights into areas of opportunity to add value for real estate agents, outside the current feature set.
