Perion is a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) that invests in, manages and leases NFT assets to the best gamers in the world. To generate revenue, their players use in-game assets to compete in crypto based play-to-earn games.

The Opportunity

Perion approached We Discover to develop their branding, creative direction and digital assets. The objective was to raise their profile for an initial round of funding and build the visual foundation to represent their community of over 80,000 players on Discord.

What We Did

  1. We ran multiple workshops with the founding team to collectively unpack their positioning and competitor space, including their point of differentiation.
  2. We researched gaming and NFT competitors to develop a futuristic and bold identity for Perion to build on. This also informed the way we designed their logos, style guide, website, pitch deck and merchandise lookbook.

The Outcome

Our design assisted Perion’s early access funding round, which raised 6 million USD and was valued at 60 million USD. They have since launched their DAO, with over 15 million USD invested on their initial offering.

Since then, Perion has officially partnered with We Discover for ongoing design and innovative project support.
