Smart Token Labs (STL) is a tech-startup setting the foundation for a tokenized future. Their smart token framework, TokenScript, is enabling a new standard in Web 3.0 where tokens will become primary objects of ownership, identity and interaction.

The Opportunity

We Discover was approached by Smart Token Labs (STL) to create a new parent brand for their current product including a whitelabel wallet application and NFT technologies. Ahead of the next investment round our job was to communicate the meaning of this new brand and why it exists before visually representing their identity across a suite of sites, demos and content.

What We Did

It all started with a We Discover branding workshop. Looking specifically at how they differentiate themselves, this process helped STL unpack their place in the market and align their brand with their value proposition. Using the new unified vision, we developed a new brand positioning, logo system, style guide, website, merchandise, presentation deck and multiple creative assets for the core brand. This approach gave us a framework to ensure we have the direction and strategy to roll out the new look and feel across a series of product websites, demos, ongoing social media content and event collateral.

The Outcome

STL’s new brand assets have been deployed across multiple channels. The result? A fresh and consolidated brand message, identity and product direction that has attracted plenty of attention – for all the right reasons. In fact, STL successfully raised another round of investment from venture capital and token sales, all the while gaining notoriety across the NFT space for their open-source products and vision.
