SHAPING A TECH-FOCUSSED BRAND
Opportunity
Omna developed a technology-focused product designed to protect users by enhancing safety through real-time monitoring, alerting, and tracking. To introduce their brand to the world, they recognised the need for a distinct logo, brand identity and supporting collateral that would reflect both their focus on safety as well as their commitment to saving lives.
The main objective was to establish Omna as a distinctive brand within its industry, embodying a bold, sophisticated, and modern image, while also ensuring it aligns with the overarching identity of its parent brand, Acusensus. Whilst Omna is designed to stand on its own, it needs to share a similar ethos with Acusensus, creating a cohesive yet independent presence.
This strategic move aimed not only to differentiate Omna but also to elevate its market presence, driving superior lead quality and fostering more engaging customer interactions.
WHAT WE DId
We started by conducting an in-depth analysis of Omna's unique selling points and its competitors. Our goal was to ensure the brand would not only align with the construction and technology industries but also highlight its unique qualities. This gave us valuable insights into how to visually evoke the emotions they wanted to convey and how to communicate effectively with their target audience.
To design a new logo, we worked closely with Omna to gain a deep understanding of their audience and product. Together, we decided to visually represent one of the product’s key features—real-time monitoring—in the brand mark, creating a simple yet timeless icon that is unequivocally associated with Omna.
Building on the new logo, we developed a cohesive brand concept that included a style guide, colour palette, typography, and key brand asset mockups. To ensure consistency, we created a detailed brand style guide in PDF format, outlining logo usage, typography standards, and colour guidelines. Additionally, we designed marketing asset templates to maintain uniformity across all brand touch points.
Outcome
Since the launch of Omna's new brand identity, the company has received a wave of positive feedback on the refreshed look of their brand and collateral. The collaboration between We Discover and Omna resulted in a successful brand transformation that truly resonates with their target audience.
