Gorgias identified that their existing pricing page was causing confusion among potential customers, particularly regarding pricing calculations and plan selection. They sought to simplify the complex logic behind their ticket-based pricing and enhance the overall user experience to drive higher conversions.

We took a structured and user-focused approach to redesigning the Gorgias pricing page, ensuring a balance between clarity, usability, and business goals.
- Heuristic Analysis
We conducted an in-depth evaluation of the existing pricing page, identifying usability issues and areas for improvement. Our team assessed the user journey to pinpoint friction points and opportunities for enhancement. - Competitor Benchmarking
